We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you made the order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unthrown, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I changed my mind, can I still get a full refund? Yes, but you, the customer, has to cover the cost of delivery back to our return address.

To start a return, you can contact us at and state your reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll be responsible to cover the cost and arrange the return the item to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

This includes: T-Shirt, Sweaters, Shorts & Hoodies

Each T-Shirt, Sweater, Shorts and Hoodie are printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item(s) we don’t accept returns. If a parcel shipped to you is returned to us due to delivery failure we'll get in touch to let you know, a redelivery charge may apply. If we don't receive instruction on what to do with the parcel after 28 days we'll assume it's no longer required and the products will be donated to charity.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Delays: If your order is delayed, please allow up to 21 working days for the order to be delivered. If the order has not been delivered within 21 working days, the order will be considered lost and a full refund will be provided. Please note that delays to deliveries are out of our control and we will do our best to help chase the courier for updates and ETA.
